Magic Tricks Revealed: Convincingly Move Objects With Your Mind

Author: George Hutton

This is a great magic trick that you can do in bars or parties that is incredibly simple to learn, yet at the same time so fantastically amazing that you'll never have to buy another drink. This up close trick only requires one simple prop, and very little practice.

Here's how the trick looks to your friends. You tell them you have recently developed some telekinetic abilities. You can tell them you were hit by lighting, or a lamp fell in the bathtub while you were taking a bath or something. You skills are fairly new, so you are still working out the kinks. You can only repel small objects with the power of thought. You haven't yet learned how to lift up X-Wing fighters like Yoda.

You ask if somebody has a cigarette. Put the cigarette on the table, and begin to summon your newly found telekinetic skills. You cup your hand behind the cigarette, and it magically moves toward you. You place both hands on either side of the cigarette, and it moves away from you. Drop your hands, and head, and command somebody to bring you a beer so you can recharge your mental powers. If you're lucky, you'll be three sheets to the wind without paying a dime.

Here's the secret. When you have your hand cupped behind the cigarette, simply blow into your hand. Your breath will swirl from your hand, and push the cigarette. When you have both hands on either side of the cigarette, your breath will move away from you. Most people are afraid to try this to fear of getting caught, but it almost never happens. With the right set up, people will be looking at the cigarette and not your face.

It is a good idea to practice before hand, so you know exactly how to position your lips, and how to quickly blow without detection. Also make sure you aren't doing this in an area with any transient wind, like from an overhead fan or an open window. Like any other simple trick, this works best with a long, convoluted setup, and then quickly doing the trick and removing the prop. Be careful not to spend too much time "in position" than you have to. With practice, you'll be able blow covertly, so that even if they do suspect something, they won't be able to see it.

It goes without saying that the best place this works is in bars or parties, and when you are talking about something other than magic. Just covertly introduce the idea of you suddenly having psychic powers. Place the cigarette on the table in front of you, and get on with your patter for a while before you do the trick, that will increase their focus on the cigarette itself, and not you. A great way to cover yourself, is to act surprised every time the cigarette moves, as if you still can't believe your telekinetic powers. Have fun with this.

  • ROWAN WILLIAMS –"There's a lot of internal debate within the Islamic community about the nature of Sharia and its extent; nobody in thenright mind i think would want to see in this country (UK) a kind of inhumanity that's sometimes been associated with the practice of the law in some Islamic states — the extreme punishments, the attitudes to women as well and i think one of the points again that's come up very interestingly in recent discussion between Muslim and other legal theorists is the way in which in the original context of Islamic law, I quite often provisions relating to women are more enlightened than others of their day; but you have to translate that into a setting where actually that whole area, the rights and liberties of women has moved on and the principle, the vision, which animates the Islamic legal provision needs broadening because of that... So how does the law engage critically and intelligently — the law of the land — with the custom, the imperatives, the principles of distinctive religious communities? It's a large question, much larger than the question about Islam and i think it's a question which the Church can quite reasonably be involved in thinking about."

  • SRI BHAGWAN'S MESSAGE –"Ideological differences are at the root of the violence that is robbing us of our sanity and endangering survival. When we become concerned with our own individual survival, with the survival of our group, our belief, we are being divisive and so threaten the survival of the whole. The violence and conflict we are witnessing is a dramatisation of the inner violence of humanity. We, are not individuals, separate. What happens to us happens to all of life. Physically we might live isolated in our secluded homes, screening our domestic violence from the rest of the world but psychologically we are inseparable from the whole of mankind. The poisonous fumes of our Inner turbulence seep through the collective consciousness of humanity. The violence within us... is the very source of danger and destruction."
  • SRI NISARGADATTA MAHARAJ –"Absolute perfection is here and now, not in some future, near or far. The secret is in action — here and now. It is your behaviour that blinds you to yourself. Disregard whatever you think yourself to be and act as if you were absolutely perfect — whatever your idea of perfection may be. All you need is courage."
  • SRI RAMAKRISHNA –"The guru is a mediator. He brings man and God together, even as a matchmaker brings together the lover and the beloved. A guru is like the mighty Ganges. Men throw all filth and refuse into the ranges, but the holiness of that river is not diminished thereby. So is the guru above all petty insult and censure."
  • SRI SATHYA SAI BABA –"Creeds, ritual, religion and different theologies are all derived from man's yearning for the vast Reality beyond and flow in the thousand different forms, fertilizing many fields, calming many communities, refreshing tired people and, at last, carrying people to the ocean of Bliss."
  • SRI SATHYA SAI BABA –"Detachment is a plant of slow growth; if you pluck the tender plant to look for the pods, you will be disappointed."
  • SRI SATHYA SAI BABA –"Embodiments of Love! There is Love in everyone of you. Develop that Love. Share it. Love is not one-way traffic. It is two-way, Give and Take. We don't need to go anywhere, if you have Love."
  • SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR –"An enlightened person may not say "I love you so much". In the very presence, you can feel the love. That expression has not just happened in words but has manifested in matter. Now, where you sit, that place is filled with the vibrations of love. The sofa absorbs it. The chair, cloth, carpet, the entire atmosphere absorbs that love."
  • SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR –"As child, you had noproblems; you foughtone day and made upthe next day But as yougrow, you get tangled,entangled...Without knowledgeand wisdom, we getentangled with eachother; our minds arefilled with hatred, aversions and cravings.Look into anybody'smind; there is feverishness about somebody, acraving for the future oran aversion for the past. With the comb ofwisdom and knowledge,we can promote orderin society. If everybody in societylives in the presentmoment, if we are ableto accept people as theyare, there will be noproblems, no strife. Wehave to have wisdom andknowledge; we have tohave awareness."
  • SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR –"The need of the hour is a prejudice-free political system. Consensus can emerge only when politicians leam to drop prejudices of religion, caste and gender. To be able to drop prejudices, politicians need to widen thensense ofbelongingness. This can happen only when they are free from stress and they gain a spiritual perspective."

  • SUSAN SONTAG –"Interpretation is the revenge of the intellect upon art. Even more. It is the revenge of the intellect upon the world. To interpret is to impoverish, to deplete the world — in order to set up a shadow world of 'meanings'."
  • SVETASVATARA UPANISHAD –"Meditate upon Him and transcend physical consciousness. Thus will you reach union with the Lord of the Universe. Thus will you become identified with Him who is One without a second. In Him all your desires will fmd fulfilment. The truth is that you are always united with the Lord. But you must know this."
  • SVETASVATARA UPANISHAD –"Thou art the dark-blue bird and the green parrot with red eyes, Thou hast the lightning as thy child. Thou art the seasons and the seas. Having no beginning, thou dost abide with all-pervadingness. Wherefrom all beings are born."
  • SWAMI NITYASWARUPANANDA –"Generally, when we restrain our conduct and appear calm, we do so with a motive. We want to give the impression that our thoughts and feelings correspond with appearance of our actions. This is insincerity and pretence and is assumed by one who is ignorant. It is the pretended calmness of an attached mind. This attitude is the greatest enemy of spiritual unfold ment, and creates more and more bondages. How to Attract Women - Attract Women With Humor

Author: Alex Coulson

The age-old question we’re still learning …

Attracting women into your life has 3 phases:

Attract Game à à Mid-Game à à End Game

Attract game is simply meeting women in bars at night or during the day, following a systematic approach to engaging them in conversation, making them laugh, spiking their attraction in you and closing (getting their phone numbers etc)

A lot guys focus on this entirely on this phase and although some get very proficient in it they lack skills in the mid-game area.

The drawback to this is they really woo, impress and consequently attract the woman when they meet her however a few days later when you meet up for a date it falls flat on their face.

Well …mid-game is essentially rapport and comfort stages and is essential to attract women and keep women in your life.

Become a powerful communicator …

Learn decent social skills as I found that the more women I approached the more fine tuned my social skills became and attracting and keeping women in my life became a hell of a lot easier.

How do you get better fast you ask?

Practice Practice Practice …

When you’re buying milk and bread down the shop work the skills, ask how the assistants day is, have they been busy, any small talk is good.

When you’re out shopping for clothes as retail store assistance their opinions and advice, and keep the conversation going for as long as you can, leave when it gets uncomfortable or creepy.

You will find the more you exercise these skills the better you can hold conversations with women (especially on dates) and attracting women will be much easier than first thought.

How to Attract Women: Tip #1

Use humor to attract women. I find a lot of funny guys (not goofy there’s a difference)

Have exceptional women by their side, humor attracts people as it’s a positive and addictive emotion.

People LOVE funny jokes and they love to laugh.

Learn humor (don’t just learn jokes), go to clown college, or comedy school.

Learn how to hold audiences and what topics make people giggly.

You find that your interactions with women will be a lot more positive and will stay

longer in your presence. Attractive women also love humor.

How to Attract Women: Tip #2

Be more emotional …

Read more girlie magazines … yes I just said girlie …

I find that a lot of intelligent guys criticize themselves and talk themselves down a lot, especially when it comes to attracting women.

It comes down to being too logical …

Women are emotional (we all know this) and men are logical and intelligent men are VERY logical and think that X à Attracts Y and if Y à sum of blah blah then all I have to do is buy an expensive sports car …

Sadly a lot of guys think this … (including me a few years ago)

Save your money guys and your dignity by not trying to impress her with your outward symbols of success.

Same thing goes with buying women drinks … this is the worst act of supplication you could possibly do and although women will accept it with a gracious smile you are in fact killing attraction and more or less shooting yourself in the foot with taking her home.

How to Attract Women: Tip #3

Become a good conversationalist …

Shy and timid men don’t speak much so how can women find you attract if you don’t communicate your attractive traits.

Unless you have master zen level ninjitzu yoda body language and can make girls approach and chat you up using your body language alone you should be fine.

However most guys don’t have those skills…I’ve only seen one guy with those skills and his name was James Bond, the only girls that were approaching him were seductive enemy agents wanting to kill him…

Not good for you Mr Bond.

Learning to speak is a powerful skill to have, so head out to toastmasters and practice those skills guys!

Attracting women into your life is a powerful skill to have. If you follow the 3 steps above you will find it much easier also to keep them.

Speak soon!

Fast Muscle Mass Building: the Ten Success Principles

Author: Derek Manuel

As the saying goes, "methods are many, principles are few, methods may change, but principles never do." This has just as much validity with weight training and bodybuilding as it does anything else. Every day we hear of revolutionary new workout programs, exercises, tricks, quick fix's, you name it. Though I can't say I agree on many of the different "methods" of gaining weight and building muscle mass these days, the principles for reaching your goals will always remain the same.

As a result, I have created what I call, "The Ten Success Principles for Fast Muscle Mass Building." I have listed these principles so that even the skinniest hardgainer can apply and grow from. Follow these principles, ingrain them in your mind, and you will be on the right track for long term success from your efforts. If you're wondering what is the best way to build muscle fast, then your answers are below. All you have to do is apply these principles.

Principle 1: You Don't Know what You Don't Know - Become a Student

When we realize that you don't know what you don't know, we can become more teachable and absorb knowledge that we can apply to better our results from the gym. If you have the "know-it-all" attitude, that simply means you are stagnate and your mind will never grow past its current state. Become a student for life to weight training and bodybuilding, read as much material as you can about each subject: training, diet, supplements, the whole works. One word of caution is this: be careful where you get your opinions and information. Only seek those with proven results, and watch out for "arm chair experts" and "magazine bodybuilders."

Principle 2: Begin with the End in Mind

Far too many trainees today just wonder aimlessly around in the gym doing whatever exercise they like and working out whenever they feel like it. If you don't have a target, you're going to hit it with amazing accuracy! In other words, if you don't know EXACTLY what you are trying to achieve by going to the gym each day, you're never going to get anywhere. Always make sure you're on a program, and stick with it to the end. Figure out your "why" and you will be able to overcome any "how." Always go to the gym knowing exactly what you are going to do down to the last rep of the last exercise.

Principle 3: You Get What You Picture

As David Schwartz says in his fantastic book, The Magic of Thinking Big, "Belief, strong belief, triggers the mind to figuring ways and means and how-to...Disbelief is negative power. When the mind disbelieves or doubts, the mind attracts "reasons" to support disbelief." Always go to the gym with a positive attitude and a firm belief that you are progressively gaining muscle mass. Wipe out all negative belief about your success or you will pay the price of getting exactly what you pictured.

Principle 4: There is No Great Success without Great Commitment

If you are not committed, you can be swayed. Fix in your mind exactly the results you want, and commit to yourself that you will do what it takes to get it. When you are committed, truly committed, no petty thought or inconvenience will ever stop you on your way to your goal. You will be unstoppable and your end in mind will be a forgone conclusion. As Yoda said, "There is no try, only do."

Principle 5: You Are Only Defeated When you Accept Defeat as a Reality, and Decide to Stop Trying

Failure is a HUGE key to success. The price of success is thousands of failures. Those not willing to pay that price will not succeed in getting the body they want. As long as you learn from your experience you will always be moving forward. Continue to learn and perform, and do this cycle over and over and over until you succeed. Success is often right after where most people quit. Remember, "Quitters never win, winners never quit."

Principle 6: Less is More - Quality, not Quantity

When you goal is to gain weight and/or build muscle mass, always keep your workouts short. All your muscles need is an intense workout with compound exercises and 110% effort, a few days a week. Don't think that by training 7 days a week for 2 or 3 hours a day will produce better results. Focus on a few exercises, a couple days a week for no longer then 90 minutes tops. Overtraining is one of the major causes of failure when trying to gain weight and build muscle. Don't confuse ambition with workout time, it's not how much time you put into the gym, it's what you put into the time you're at the gym that counts.

Principle 7: Major on Compound Exercises

Though there are literally thousands of workout programs you can find today, one truth that will never change for gaining muscle mass is that compound exercises have and will always be the best of the best. Exercises such as squats, the bench press, and bent-over rows will always remain at the top of any successful bodybuilders list. Focus on these and other core compound exercises and you'll never be disappointed in your results.

Principle 8: Hard Work

Nothing beats good old fashioned hard work, and what better way to express it than weight training. Unfortunately, the media today is always trying to make your workout and exercises "easier." If you want to build a mass of muscle, you're going to have to poor out some blood and sweat and tears, no two ways about it. As long as you follow a few solid workouts for muscle mass and are using safety cautions and common sense, then push yourself to your limit each and every workout. You're never going to ease your way to true muscle mass, even if you trained easy for a thousand years.

Principle 9: Progressive Overload

If you want more muscle mass, you're going to have to continue to add weight on a regular basis, period. This is one of the most basic but overlooked principles in gaining muscle mass. Get in the habit of progressively adding weight whenever you can. The moment you settle and stop pushing yourself is the moment your muscle mass gains will begin to stagnate. Resistance is the only opportunity for growth. The worst thing you can do is hit a goal without setting another one in advance.

Principle 10: A Proper Diet

I couldn't leave this one out. After all, the food you eat is the direct fuel for your muscles to grow. You can workout until the cows come home but without a proper diet plan for building muscle mass your body simply will not grow, it's not physically possible too! It is an absolute must to know the correct food to eat to build muscle properly. Refer to the first principle and learn all you can about dieting for muscle mass so that you can get the most for your efforts in the gym.

How To Remove Windows Enterprise Defender - Uninstall Windows Enterprise Defender And Rest Easy

Author: Bob Walker

What is Windows Enterprise Defender? It sounds straight out of Star Wars, but the force you'll be needing is a quick, effective removal, which can be a pain in the yoda with spyware like this. You need to remove this virus. It's in the same family as the dreaded Windows PC Defender and Windows Additional Guard, both still causing havoc on millions of infected PCs. You must delete this threat before it corrupts everything that is important to you, and at worst, makes you the next victim of identity theft.

How Do I Know I Have It?

Other than the obvious pop-ups and flashy looking removal screen, other common symptoms of infection are computer slowdown, browser redirects, browser freezes, strange new icons or desktop backgrounds, and lots of annoying popups. Resulting in grey hairs for you.

How Do I Remove Windows Enterprise Defender?

Well, there is the manual way and the automatic way. You can guess which one is easier than the other. The harder option, manual removal, requires that you can work your way around a PC's system registry. Normally you will have to inspect the LOCAL_HKEY_USER folder and seek out DLL and LNK files associated with the virus. You will also have to block all websites related to the spyware and remove any physical files related to the software. Add/Remove normally does not work with spyware such as this, as it becomes blocked.

Automatic Removal is The Way To Go.

Even with years of experience, I can't risk making one tiny error and rendering a computer useless. When you are editing a system's registry, such a disaster can easily occur. For these reasons I choose automatic removal and recommend 3 different tools in particular. All 3 will clean a computer and get it acting new again, and most importantly, will protect a computer against the next wave of deadly viruses and threats. It's too good to pass up, and you'll need a robust tool to uninstall windows enterprise defender.

Great Reasons to Travel the World

Author: Matthew Kepnes

Everyone dreams of traveling but most people don't do it. Fear keeps most people from traveling. When I first went away in 2006, people always wished they could do what I was doing. For some people it is easy to just jump ship and travel. We have it in us all along and we just need a gentle nudge. For me, all it took was a trip to Thailand and jealousy before I was quitting my job and telling my friends I was going to travel. For others it is a lot harder. They are more tied down, more afraid, more uncertain. They want to do it but, instead the nudge I needed, they need a full on push.

If you are looking for reason, here are eight good reasons to travel around the world:

There's a recession. With the world economy in a tailspin and companies slashing jobs, there is a lot of economic uncertainty in the world. Avoid it all. Go travel. If you quit your job, sell your stuff and travel, you won't have to worry about it. In fact, prices are dropping as the tourist industry tries harder to get people to go overseas. Come back when the economy is better. Let others worry while you go out and have fun.

You meet a lot of people. There is not a day that doesn't go by where you don't meet people from all over the world doing the same thing you are. You'll meet locals who will take you around and open their homes and city to you. What more can you ask for in life than meeting wonderful people and creating a network of friends that encompasses the globe.

It's better than working. Working is work. Sitting behind a desk for eight hours, commuting to work, worrying about bosses and reports is not our idea of a good time. Let's face it, between worrying about next month's budget or sitting on a beach in Asia, everyone would choose the beach. So why are you behind your desk?

It's not as expensive as you think. Everyone thinks that traveling is expensive but it's not. You can travel quiet cheaply by flying low cost airlines, staying in hostels, or with locals who offer your home. Live like the locals and avoid the big resorts, hotels, take local transport, and eat a local restaurants and you will find you will save a lot of money.

You learn about other cultures. The world is a big place and globalization has made it much more complex and interconnected. You'll never begin to understand all the other players in the world or why people do what they do by sitting at home. Traveling will teach you about other cultures and people and make them more than just a face on the news.

You learn about yourself. Travel helps you figure out what makes you you and what you really like or dislike. Forced to fend for yourself, it is do or die. You have to adapt to your surroundings, meet other people, make your own decisions, and plan your life.

You'll make everyone jealous. Let's face it- everyone wants to travel the world but few people do. Do it and make everyone at home jealous of you, your stories, and your photos. While they work all day, you explore the world.

Because, like Yoda said, do or do not. Why spend your life thinking about what might be when you can just do it. It's not that hard to travel you just have to have the will to do it. Don't live life with regrets- get up and get going. NO ONE ever regrets a trip like this. NO ONE.

Traveling around the world is a life changing experience. There's no reason not to go. There is no big secret on why to go. Just go. Even if it's for a week, or a month, or a year. See the world. You only get one chance. Make it worthwhile.
